1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

  • Order Processing Time:
    Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Delays in Processing:
    During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may take longer. If there is any delay with your order, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to accommodate your needs. The delivery timeframes below are estimates and may vary based on the destination, shipping method, and external factors like weather or holidays.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic):
    Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within the United States. This option is typically the most economical.

  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic):
    For faster delivery, choose Expedited Shipping, which typically arrives in 2–3 business days within the U.S. This option is available for an additional charge.

  • International Shipping:
    For our international customers, we offer International Shipping, which typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location and the customs process.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and are affected by external factors like customs delays, weather conditions, and carrier schedules. ZORIONALI does not guarantee specific delivery dates but will make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the weight and size of your order, and the selected shipping method.

  • Free Standard Shipping:
    ZORIONALI offers free standard shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied during checkout if your order qualifies.

  • International Shipping Fees:
    Shipping fees for international orders will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the size of your order. ZORIONALI is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by your country’s customs office. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Additional Charges:
    In some cases, depending on your location, remote area surcharges may apply, especially for larger items or locations that are not easily accessible. These charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • Domestic Shipping:
    We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. However, some rural or remote areas may have limited shipping options, and additional fees may apply. If you are located in one of these areas, we will notify you of any additional shipping charges or restrictions.

  • International Shipping:
    We offer shipping to select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our customer service team at info@zorionali.com to inquire about international shipping availability and options.

  • P.O. Boxes:
    We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If you provide a P.O. Box address, we will request an alternate street address for shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order through the carrier’s website. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2–3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us for assistance.

6. Delivery Issues

While we aim to deliver your products promptly and securely, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays or issues with delivery. Here are some common delivery issues and how we address them:

  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@zorionali.com. Provide photographs of the damaged or defective item, along with your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments:
    If your order is lost during transit, please notify us as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to track down your package. If the package cannot be located, we will issue a refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

  • Incorrect Items:
    If you receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

7. Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been delivered, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. If there are any issues with the delivery (e.g., missing items or damaged products), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
